Funky Gold jewellery is designed and manufactured by highly skilled specialists using the latest technologies. However, if your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, we offer a 24-month guarantee. This guarantee period starts from the original purchase date.
We ask you to send us a picture of the product and your order number so that we can assess the damage. If the product has no manufacturing defects but is damaged, the warranty will immediately expire.

Our Funky Gold jewellery is handmade and often personalised especially for you. We do not offer returns or exchanges on customised pieces.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE ORDER
To change your shipping address, please send an email to connect@funkygold.com with your order name, order number and updated shipping address.

Funky Gold aims to process each order as quickly as possible. All cancellations must therefore be reported within 4 hours of purchase.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your package is picked up by the shipping company. The delivery time is normally 1-2 working days. For the delivery we depend on an external transport service. We cannot therefore be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products ordered.
All personalised Funky Gold jewellery is made to order by our goldsmiths in our workshop in Antwerp.
For standard jewellery, the following production times apply:
2 to 3 working days within Belgium
6 to 8 working days for deliveries outside Belgium, but within Europe
Customised jewellery is subject to different production times:
5 to 6 working days for deliveries within Belgium
8 to 10 working days for deliveries outside Belgium, but within Europe
After production, your jewellery will be shipped immediately; the delivery time is normally 1-2 working days. For the delivery we depend on an external transport service. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of the ordered products.
The shipping costs are: 12.50 euros (insurance + shipping)
All forms of return (repair, right of withdrawal, etc.) shall be borne by the customer.
